Mission Chapel church met for council March 16, with Eld. Peter Arnold, of Burlington, presiding, assisted by Bro. B. W. Smith. The purpose of the meeting was to organized a new congregation, which was done.  We decided to call our congregation Capon Chapel.  And election was held for two deacons, calling Brethren A. P. Rohrer and J. S. Whitacre to the office.  We decided to have a series of Meeting some time in September, followed with a love feast. – Jas. L. Shanholtz, Levels, W. Va., March 22.
