Oak Creek. – Bro. N. S. Gripe, of Thomas, Custer Co., Okla. T., came to us Sept; 27,  and gave us six soul-cheering sermons.  Sept. 30 we met to organize a church at this place.  Sixteen presented letters of membership. Bro. R. M. Owen was called to the ministry. Brethren Wm. Fitzwater and R. S. Dye were chosen to the office of deacon.  Sister Dessie Spitzer was chosen as solicitor for missionary funds. Bro. N. S. Gripe was chosen as our elder.  Our next council will be Dec. 2. – Julia Owen, Cade, Okla. T., Oct. 2.
