Brooklyn Mission.- Oct. 4 brethren S, F. Sanger and A. B. Barnhart. sent here as a committee by the General Missionary and Tract Committee, organized the members at this place into a church, Ten members were present and took part in the organization,—six who presented letters, and four who were baptized here. After a careful and detailed statement by Bro. Sanger, of the principles and requirements of the church, which were favorably received, Bro, J. Edson Ulery was advanced to the second degree of the ministry. An election for officers resulted in the election of Bro. Lewis B. Flohr, as secretary, and Bro. Wm. H. Utz as treasurer. Bro. Ephraim Strayer, who since moved to the city from Johnstown. Pa., is our deacon. We trust that our little band here may have an interest in the prayers of the Brotherhood. Any contributions will be gladly received and promptly acknowledged  by Bro. Ulery.—Lewis B. Flohr, 1303 3rd Ave., Oct. 30.
