Plum Grove, Kans, - We Met at the Plum Grove schoolhouse Feb. 22, for the purpose of organizing a church. after devotional exercise it was left to a vote whether we were willing to organize into a separate body under the general rules of the Brotherhood.  All present voted in the affirmative Bro. Studebaker then read over the list of elders.  From the list Bro. Studebaker was unanimously elected, the vote being taken by ballot.  Bro. Keller then read the chapter describing the duties of a deacon.  The members decided to elect on deacon, and the lot fell on Bro. Jacob Stutsman.  Laura Thomas was chosen Secretary and Bro. S. Thomas, Treasurer. It was decided to have two council-meetings a year. To be held the first Saturday in April and the first Saturday in November.  Laura Thomas.
