Denver (Mountain View) (1896-1954)
The Gospel Messenger Nov. 11, 1896 page 749 Denver Mission, Colo. – We met in council Oct. 17, and organized the Denver Mission into a church. The Name of the church is “Mountain View Church of Denver.” We also held choice for deacon. The lot fell on Bro. G. W. Long. We also had a very pleasant meeting. Only twenty-four members were at the tables. Bro. Snowberger, of Longmont, Colo., was with us. Bro. Henry Larrick, and family are here in Denver. We are very glad, for we needed a minister very much. Our Sunday school is improving. What we need most is a churchhouse. Bro. J. S. Flory, of Lordsburg, Cal., was with us a few Sundays this fall. – Grace A. White, Nov. 4.
